I am writing to thank you for your services in supplying me with a fantastic pair of in-ear monitors.
The first point is that they are technically outstanding in their performance and an absolute joy to use with my music. The second point is that the purchase itself has also been an absolute pleasure, thanks to your attention to detail.
You have been a first class ambassador to your company and your reputation precedes you. When I went to have the impressions taken at Wrexham hospital, you were referred to in glowing terms as a man of real integrity, a characteristic not often found amongst salesmen today. It would have been so easy just to 'flog the gear' and pick up the commission but I felt you had my best interests at heart.
The recommendation to see my GP was a very responsible act and in fact, highlighted a small problem with one of my ears, which was quickly resolved.
I wish you every success in your career and in the company you represent. You have restored my faith in audio equipment salesmen.
