Shipping & Returns
Audio Relief use the Royal Mail and Parcel force to deliver our items. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed and sent out that day (please note this is working days only).

  • Orders less than £15 - £1.95 for standard delivery (2-3 days)

  • Orders over £15 - Free standard delivery  (2-3 days)

  • Orders over £100 – Free next day (by 1pm) special delivery

You can also choose to upgrade your shipping options irrespective of how much you spend. These options will be offered (if applicable) in the checkout process. These include:

  • Upgrade to Next day (by 1pm) special delivery (total) for £6.45

  • Upgrade to Next day Saturday special delivery (total) from £8.45

Overseas customers
For customers outside of the UK the shipping cost will be automatically shown in the checkout. Audio Relief uses Royal Mail overseas signed for shipping to overseas addresses. This will be calculated on your country and weight of products.

NB All overseas and special UK deliveries can be tracked on the royal mail website, Audio Relief will email you instructions of how to do this.
We will email you to keep you posted as to what stage your order is at in the fulfilment process.

Returns
Audio Relief offers a 14 day money back guarantee should the products not meet your approval. Simply return them to us, unused and in their original packaging. You will need to email us to get details of how to do this.

NB Earplugs that have been used (placed in your ears) are not able to be exchanged for hygiene reasons. However if the product is damaged upon arrival or was not what you wanted then we will exchange/refund as applicable.

We do not accept return on CD’s due to the ease of copying.

Custom Products are non refundable after 7 days from purchase unless the product is faulty. Between 7 & 28 days we will offer an exchange for unused products.

Requests for refunds of custom products within 7 days of purchase (not delivery) will result in a £30 administration fee if an impression appointment has been arranged for the customer.

Cancelled impression appointments can incur a £30 administration fee.

Any product that is returned (except due to fault or damage with the product), due to the customer deciding they no longer want the product or that it is not suitable, will be charged a 10% restocking and return fee. The customer will also have to cover the return postage and packaging charge. Items with a value of over £50.00 must be returned by Special Delivery to help avoid loss. If a package is not sent by Special Delivery and consequently lost, Audio Relief cannot be held liable for the loss.

Goods faulty on arrival?
We do everything possible to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition and we employ extensive quality checks. However, we are all human and in the unlikely event that your goods do arrive faulty please e-mail returns@audiorelief.co.uk within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for the goods to be collected and a replacement dispatched.

Goods damaged in transit?
It is your responsibility to inspect the goods for damage BEFORE signing for receipt of the goods. If you are not happy with the condition of the goods you should inform the driver and refuse delivery. Once you have provided written acceptance for the goods it is almost impossible for us to file a successful claim for compensation with the courier.

Manufacturers guarantees.
There is a 2-year warranty on the Tinnitool product, 1 year on all of the Elacin Custom products and 1 year on the masker. If you have any further questions or problems please contact us. Please also see the individual product pages for full details.

The terms and conditions stated on the product page MUST be adhered to. We can only give a refund if we have the product and ALL its packaging back on time in good condition. If not we cannot give the refund. If in doubt please contact us
